As Zoom Meetings usage continues to grow for online course instruction and conducting meetings, we would like for the community to know the steps that you can take to keep your Zoom sessions private and secure. During the session, experts from OIT, the IT Security Office and Learning and Innovation will share how Duke’s Zoom instance is protected and what steps you can take to protect your Zoom experience.

This session provides an overview of Microsoft Teams, Microsoft’s integrated communication and productivity tool. Set up, use and tips will be demonstrated. Share OneNote and Box files, hold meetings and integrate your favorite apps all from within Teams. This session will include a 20-30 minute overview followed by a Q&A session.
